Oak Tree Family Assessment and Treatment recently opened its doors in February, 2025.
Our new clinic is located in Millcreek, conveniently situated within the Salt Lake City metropolitan area. We provide custody evaluations and court-involved therapy services for adults, children, and teens.
Custody evaluations start immediately and can be completed within two to three months
Fees for custody evaluations range from $300 an hour for trainees and employees to $350 an hour for experienced evaluators
No waitlist for court-involved therapy
We provide supervision for all work provided by Oak Tree and are committed to adhering to best practices as defined by the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.
